We hope
you love your item as much as we loved making it. In the event, however, that
you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns/exchanges
within 14 days of when item was delivered to you. This applies to any product
shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. Please see exceptions below
for non-returnable items.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@bloomandanchor.com with your order number and details about the
product you would like to return. To complete your return, we require a receipt
or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender
without prior return approval. To be eligible for a return, your item must be
unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received
it.

Extended
Holiday Returns
Here’s a little extra cushion this holiday! The return policy for items
purchased on our website between 11/1 – 12/25 has been extended. These items
can be returned (if applicable, see exceptions above in ‘Returns’ section) for
refund or exchange up to 14 days from 12/26, instead of 14 days from purchase.
Return Shipping
To
return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your
own shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an
incorrect or defective item etc). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are
shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping
service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we receive
your returned item.
Just
changed your mind and would like an exchange instead? Contact us at info@bloomandanchor.com with your order number as well as the product
you would like to exchange your purchased item for and we will do our best to
help you. Please note, we cannot offer exchanges on the following items:
- Custom orders
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
If you
are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping
service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we receive
your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for
your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refund Process
Any
returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be
intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are
approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain
amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process
the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund
is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is
posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet,
please contact us at support@bloomandanchor.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items may
be refunded unless sale item was shipped with defects in craftsmanship or
material.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned
item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
Please note, if the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift
giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a
refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
